If you want to change from CapsLock to Ctrl on Windows7 (also Windows7 Starter), you can try to install Ctrl2Cap. On your Windows7, you run cmd.exe as administrator (Run as Administrator), and move to extract folder, then you type "ctrl2cap.exe /install". If installing is successfully, you should reboot Windows7. After you log on Windows7, your CapsLock will work as Ctrl. If you uninstall Ctrl2Cap, you type and run "ctrl2cap.exe /uninstall" as running as administrator. (Though I don't try to uninstall yet.)
But if you installed Ctrl2Cap, your CapsLock is disabled. If you need CapsLock, you shouldn't install Ctrl2Cap, I think.
Thank you, Ctrl2Cap. And thank you for writing this article. I am using CapsLock as Ctrl. It looks good for me :)
